Before you pay

You can watch a free five-second preview before deciding whether to buy. The $9.90 charge is a one-time payment for one separately generated video of up to 15 seconds, not a subscription. Because the paid video is a new AI generation, its details may differ from the preview.

If the paid video fails

If payment succeeded but the paid generation fails, is unavailable, or does not deliver a usable video, email zoeydai1111@gmail.com with your video ID and the email used at checkout, if you provided one. We will verify the order and review the problem. We can arrange a new render or refund the payment as appropriate. Refunds are handled by a person; they are not automatic in the current version of the site.

Other concerns

AI results can vary. If a delivered video has a significant defect, contact us with the video ID and a description of the issue. We will review it individually. This policy does not remove any refund or cancellation rights you have under applicable law.

Please keep your private result link and download your finished video promptly; that link is valid for up to 30 days from the video's creation.
